Kathy – “Mike and crew arrived at bit early, around 7:45am and went straight to work. I was given a time frame of 1-1 1/2 days to removed and install and new furnace and AC unit. Mike and Chris worked until 7 pm to finished the complete removal and installation of my new system. The only component that needed to be completed was some plumbing work (which was completed the following day by Craig, the plumber). Mike patiently answered all my questions regarding the new system and how it worked, its features, and what I needed to do to make sure my new system will last and remain trouble-free. They cleaned up every area they worked in and left with a working AC system, which was desperately needed on a hot, humid July night. Craig came the next day (along with Rusty) to finish the plumbing work on the furnace and install the UV light system. Very pleased with their professionalism and work ethic. They all stayed until their part of the job was completed. Thanks!”
Katherine – “Minnicks came to do our annual heat inspection and also check out the loud noise the unit was making. The technician was on-time, thorough, and polite. He diagnosed the issue and a few other problems and clearly explained what the options were for repair. He did not pressure us into any decisions and offered options of what we could do that would keep costs down.”
