I am very familiar with furnaces and AC units, and I have quit working with other HVAC companies in disgust as they invariably attempt to sell a remedy that does not exist. When Tom came to diagnose the unit, to my surprise it worked. He could have said that he changed the coil or grease the fan motor, or make anything else up. Instead, for a change in HVAC technicians, Tom was honest and suggested to continue monitoring the unit and the fan, but all was working well and did not charge a penny.
