He worked a long time and had to do extra work on my system because it had been without service for so long and had some issues. “Very professional from the first telephone call for service until the technician left our home. Over a period of a couple of weeks, the service technician visited our home three times to fix the a/c unit it the attic. He was very patient, mannerly, and efficient. He finally figured out it was not the a/c unit after all but a new electric panel put in by another company, The service was too powerful for the air conditioning unit causing the blower motor to burn out. He was able to fix the problem as well as suggest that I contact the electric company to make them aware of their mistake. He even went to the trouble to send the electric company pictures of their mistake. He was right by my side when I phone the electric company and spoke to the owner. Hats off to Minnicks and a fine gentleman named Greg. You were all very helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.”
